Gold trades around 1227.00 –Fibonacci of 23.6%- along with decrease on the strength of the trend according to ADX reading, while RSI moves above 50.00 levels.

We will be neutral now, as far as trading remains between SMA20 and SMA50 at 1235.00 and 1207.00.

We need additional confirmations on technical indicators and now we will be neutral.

Support: 1235.00 – 1227.00 – 1220.00

Resistance: 1250.00 – 1260.00 – 1272.00
