Ctrip.com International Ltd. (CTRP) : Shares of China’s biggest online travel agency are cheaper than those of U.S. competitors such as Expedia Inc. (EXPE US) and Priceline.com Inc. (PCLN US), Barron’s reported. Ctrip’s U.S. shares trade at less than 18 times estimated 2012 profit, below the historical median of 39 times profit, Barron’s said.

EBay Inc. (EBAY) : The company’s PayPal division will announce a partnership with Home Depot Inc. (HD US) that lets shoppers use the payment system at checkout, according to Anuj Nayar, a spokesman.

HealthSouth Corp. (HLS) : The operator of in-patient rehabilitation facilities said it earned between $1.22 and $1.25 a share in 2011, compared with the average analysts’ estimate of $1.34 a share.

Inhibitex Inc. (INHX) : Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (BMY US) agreed to buy the Alpharetta, Georgia-based biopharmaceutical firm to boost its position in hepatitis C medicines, the companies said in a statement yesterday.

IPC The Hospitalist Co. (IPCM) : The provider of administrative services for doctors said it earned no more than $1.74 a share last year, less than the average analysts’ estimate of $1.77 a share.

Joy Global Inc. (JOY) (JOY US): The maker of mining equipment is undervalued compared with its historical earnings multiple on concern that slower global economic growth will crimp demand for machinery, Barron’s reported in its “The Trader” column.

Lululemon Athletica Inc. (LULU) : The yoga-wear retailer said founder Chip Wilson is stepping down as chief innovation and branding officer.

Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. (MMI) (MMI US): The handset maker spun off from Motorola Inc. said fourth-quarter revenue was $3.4 billion, missing the average analysts’ estimate of $3.96 billion. The company also said it sees “modest profitability” during the period, while analysts forecast earnings of 42 cents a share.

Robert Half International Inc. (RHI) : The staffing company may rise to $40 as employers keep expanding their use of temporary workers amid economic uncertainty, Barron’s reported.
