Asian Stocks Rise as IMF Gets Fresh Money to Fight Crisis

Asian stocks rose after more than $430 billion in fresh money was pledged for the International Monetary Fund to protect the global economy from Europe’s sovereign debt crisis.
The MSCI Asia Pacific Index added 0.3 percent to 124.53 as of 9:09 a.m. in Tokyo.
